She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Brian Frownfelter; sons, Jacob (Summer Ingram) and Benjamin; father, Ralph Fugate; siblings, Vickie (Tom) Colford, Chuck (Stephanie) Fugate, Pam (Don) Blowers, and Jeff (Karen) Fugate; sister-in-law, Michelle Lochard; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Marvin and Kay Frownfelter, nieces and nephews, Brad (Niki), Doug, Lee, Klye, Clayton, Samuel, Matthew, Sarah, Emily, Grant, Kaylie, and Chloe; and beloved dog, Jax.
Joy has attended Salem Park Church since 1980. She enjoyed spending time making and sending cards to fellow church members.
Joy was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend; she will be greatly missed by all.
