Josephine Bishop

Josephine Bishop was born January 22, 1922 to Lebanon and Jennie Harrod in Terre Haute, Indiana. Josephine was the youngest of 12 children born to this union. All siblings preceded her in death. Josephine was a life long member of Our Savior Lutheran Church and a member of the Fellowship Circle. Josephine worked as a PBX operator for Winona Hospital retiring in 1985. Josephine earned her heavenly wings on May 20, 2018 at the age of ninety six years after a courageous battle with Alzheimer's. Josephine was preceded in death by her mother Jennie and father Lebanon Harrod, daughter Myra J. Bishop and son Michael K. Bishop. Josephine leaves to cherish her loving memory daughters, Jennie G. Howard, Yolanda J. Bishop, Pamela J. Carroll, Rene' C. Sherman, Angela M. Jones (Foster) and Holly R. Retic (Patrick). Son, Cortland H. Bishop, Jr. Also 12 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and many friends.
