87, of Indianapolis, passed away peacefully at home February 2, 2015. Hazel, a master beautician, worked for RCA and retired from the Breiner Corporation in Avon, Indiana. Hazel leaves behind a daughter Leslie, her partner Carol, a son, Roger, his wife Wanda and two step children, Karen (David) Decker and Wayne (Debbie) Gore. Hazel has two grandchildren; Alan (SuAnn) Wheeler, Stefanie (James) Halcomb, and 4 great grandchildren Danielle (Justin) Day, Spencer, Owen and Mallory Halcomb and her brother Edward (Suzie) Burgess. She is proceeded in death by her husbands Kenneth Wheeler and Harold Gore, sisters Louise Jones, Catherine Riley and Loretta Burgess, as well as her beloved mother Sophia Pearl (McGlothen) Smith.
