Hazel Dean Keith, 92, Indianapolis, passed away March 22, 2018. She was born June 16, 1925 in Avilla, IN, the daughter of Frank and Flossie (Gregory) Fisher. Hazel and her husband, Francis W. Keith, co-owned Keith Insurance Agency in Plainfield, IN for many years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Francis, on August 27, 2014. Hazel is survived by her daughters, Hedy Ritchie (Gary) and Marlene Welfeld (Keith); her granddaughters, Rhonda Worrell and Kimberly Allen; and her four great-grandchildren.
No services are planned. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Neptune Society.
