His father, Thomas Robert- Parrott, mother, Ethel Marie Jones- Parrott, sister, Brenda Jackson preceded him in death.
He leaves to cherish his memory, daughter, Dawn Smith, brother, Keith Parrott, sisters, Cathy Parrott, Tammy Parrott, 4 grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends.
His visitation will take place on Friday, February 27, 2015, 10am- 11am, with the Homegoing Celebration commencing at 11am at Williams & Bluitt Funeral Home, Peoples Chapel. His burial will take place in Sutherland Park Cemetery.
