73, of Indianapolis passed away on December 29, 2011. He was born on July 4, 1938 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Leroy and Vernell (Hack) Lepper. He was in the U.S. Army as a paratrooper. He was a former volunteer police officer for the city of Indianapolis. He was the owner of Jacks Neon Signs n Stuff. Jocko is survived by his companion Donna Lepper, children Lisa, Douglas and Dean Lepper, brothers Ronald, Harley, Charles, David and Timothy Lepper, several grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his sister Hilda Louise, brothers Jimmy, Robert, Raymond and Randy. Private funeral services were held at Feeney-Hornak Shadeland Mortuary.
