George "Rick" Messick Jr.

Rick is survived by his loving wife, Barbara; daughter Jeanette Allen; sons, Kevin (Jennifer) Messick and Sean Messick; and grandchildren Andrea Speer, Shelby Messick, Wesley Messick, Madison Messick and Sophie Allen. Rick is additionally survived by his sister L. Barbara (Ed) Ehrbar of El Paso, Tx and brothers Mark (Linda) Messick of Greenwood, IN and Bob Messick of Weatherford, TX.

Rick was preceded in death by his parents George F. and Mary W. Messick.

Rick retired from Precision Propeller Industries, Inc. His hobbies included bird watching, bowling, watching sports, camping and fishing, and traveling. He loved being with his grandchildren and watching them in their activities.

Rick graduated from Center Grove High School in 1967. He attended General Motors Institute in Flint, Michigan.

Visitation will be held at Family Funeral Care on Monday, November 4, 2013 from 4-8pm. Funeral Service will be on Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at 11:00 am at the funeral home.
