Gary Ford

Gary Ford was born in Owensboro, Kentucky to Anne Marie Ashby Ford on December 6, 1960. He was raised in Chicago, Illinois. He married Stephanie Depp Ford on June 25, 2000 in Indianapolis, Indiana. He worked as a chef for Cracker Barrel for over 30 years. He also attended Revival Temple Church.

Gary enjoyed spending time with his family and doing activities such as grilling out, watching the game, listening to music, reggae music happened to be his favorite, and having a drink and a nice cold one. He was the number 1 chef at Cracker Barrel, receiving top awards for 10 years. Gary also received a 5 star rating during his time working for the Hilton Garden Inn from a very important food critic.

Gary is preceded in death by Anne Marie Ashby Ford, Robert G. Ford, & Richard Collier.

Gary is survived by his wife: Stephanie Ford, daughters: Marvareen Ford and Tamara Ford, sister: Deborah Montgomery, and several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be given to Tamara Ford, in Gary’s honor.
