Evangelist Willie Mae Singleton-Deamus was born in Oakland, California to Josie Mae Brown and James Singleton Sr. on February 23, 1945. She was precededin deathby her husband, Charles Deamus; mother, Josie Mae Singleton; father, James Singleton Sr.; brothers, Alonzo, James Jr., Willie, Robert and Leroy Singleton; daughters, Lillian, Mamie and Charlean; and 4 granddaughters.
Left to cherish her precious memories are her loving sons, James A. Singleton (Darla), Rev. Morany Deamus (Kay), Charles Deamus, Willie Deamus and Robert Deamus; daughter, Shirley Jones; sisters, Ruby Singleton Robinson (Clinton) and Rosie Thomas; brother, Leon Singleton (Eva); 30 grandchildren; a host of great-grandchildren; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other extended relatives and friends. She will be missed, but never forgotten.
