Ethelbert Howard, 86, of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania passed away on March 7th, 2024 in Baltimore, Maryland. He was born on October 1st, 1937 in East St. Louis, Missouri to Robert Howard and Annie Mae Allen.
He retired from Western Electric/AT&T after 40 years of dedicated service.
Mr. Howard is preceded in death by his loving wife Charlene Howard.
He leaves to cherish his memory daughter Carmen Okpattah (spouse Samuel), son Shannon Howard (spouse Cierra), and four grandchildren, Senam & Edem Okpattah, and Xavier & Zyla Howard.
Services will be private per Mr. Howard's wishes and he will be laid to rest at Crown Hill Cemetery.
