Emily Ann Colwell, 68, of Indianapolis, passed away June 23, 2019. She was born in Indianapolis the daughter of Frank S. and Maude Violet (Burge) Kelly. She was a member of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church and graduated from St. Agnes High School. She was retired from McGowan Insurance Agency where she was an agent for a number of years. She had also worked at CHUBB Insurance. She was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter, Monica Burris, brothers, Mark, Daniel and Timothy Kelly and sister, Patricia Hennessey.
She is survived by her grandchildren, Kaigen Smith and Anthony Smith; her sister, Karen Pollock and her husband Larry; and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Gathering will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to The American Cancer Society.
