Dave was born December 14, 1938 in Indianapolis and remained a lifelong Hoosier.
On December 28, 1957 Dave married his soulmate and best friend Frances “Trudy” Clouser. Together they welcomed seven (yes, seven!) treasured sons: Dave, Kevin, Brian, Mike, Dan, Tim and Ryan.
Dave served our country as a proud Marine from 1957-1960 and exhibited the Semper Fi motto throughout his life as a devoted husband, loving father, and cherished grandfather and great grandfather.
Please join us for a funeral mass in honor of Dave, a devout servant of Christ, as God welcomes him to his eternal home where he may rest in peace.
A visitation for David will be held Wednesday, September 7, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at St. Luke Catholic Church, 7575 Holliday Drive East, Indianapolis, Indiana 46260, followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 11:30 AM.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in David's memory may be made to Tunnel to Towers Foundation, 2361 Hylan Blvd, Staten Island, New York 10306.
