I remember Daniel when she was at the Eiteljorg Museum and ran into her on occasions a few years later in downtown Indy. I am so sad to hear the news and wish her family all the best. She was always so sweet and again, its heart breaking to hear.

Dani, you will be missed so much, I loved your smile and your concern for your patients, your determination to continue nursing even while you needed to be nursed.  You were a dear co worker and will be greatly missed.

So sorry for the loss of such a young, bright, sweet person. Dani touched many lives. Kema I have been thinking of you the past week, and I will continue. The Heavens recieved a special person!

D is a special and wonderful soul. She and her family grew up next door to my family and me. As far back as I can remember, I played in the yard with Kema, Dani, and Jeremiah, Caroyln Piazza, and the Rothman kids. As I grew older and started school, Dani never hesitated to stand up for me when other kids bullied me or picked on me. Moreover, she somehow created peace among all of the neighborhood kids as her brother Jeremiah were the type of kids who were always at each other's throats, but as soon as it was dinner time and our respective parents called us home, Dani would make us hug it out, which we may very would have done anyway, but who's counting?:) Of course, then we'd make arrangements to repeat the entire sequence again the next day...and the next...and the next...as this chapter comes to a close, may all whom she touched rest easy in echoes, silence, patience, and grace. May the Lord keep and bless your soul Dani. Until next time my friend, Happy Trails to you...

Words cannot describe how sad I am. "Double D" was such a wonderful friend. She lit up every room she was in and every life that she touched. I pray that she is at peace and that The Lord holds all that loved her in his arms as we all say farewell to a beautiful spirit.

I had the amazing opportunity to meet dani, when it worked at Kenny Rogers roaster with her mother, she worked at checkers hamburgers. She was a great person who enjoyed life, she was very carping and artistist, I will miss you dani. Ishmael Rogers
