73, of Indianapolis passed away on March 10, 2014. She was born on March 13 1940 in Somerville, Indiana to August and Velma (Cox) Rogers. She was a member of Warren Baptist Church. Connie is survived by her beloved husband William E. Carlock, children; William Brian Carlock, Cynthia Lynn Carlock Emery, Steven Patrick Carlock, brothers Charles, Robert and Frank Rogers, sister Velita Painter, 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her son Timothy Andrew Carlock. Visitation will be Thursday March 13, from 11 am – 1 pm at Feeney-Hornak Shadeland Mortuary.
