67, of Indianapolis, passed away on March 31, 2021. Cheryl was born on July 14, 1953 in Indianapolis, Indiana the daughter of the late Jonas and Loma Link. She was a member of Life Line Baptist Church in Camby, IN. She is survived by her sons: David (Emily) and Tim Powell, sisters: Kathy (Billy) Patton and Carol Rich, brother: Wesley Link, grandchildren: Shayla, David, Jr., Skyler, James, Anthony, Lily and Miracle and two great grandchildren: Bradley and Mason. She is preceded in death by her husband: David C. Powell. Services for Cheryl will be on Friday, April 9, 1:00 pm with visitation from 11:00 am until time of service at Family Funeral Care.
