Carolyn is survived by her daughter, Linda Moore;step-children, Daniel Moore and Amy Day;grandchildren, Tiffany Moore, Megan Moore, Lindsey David, Sophia Fugate, Eric Moore, Jordan Moore, and Latonya Moore;sisters, Gloria Poe and Robin Jones;brothers, Curtis Moore, Donald Shortridge, and Tommy Ward; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Martha Smith, and son, Ricky Moore.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, December 13th at 5:00 PM at 5925 E. Minnesota Street, Indianapolis, 46203.
