I was so sorry to read about Brian.  You and Brian were so close and I always thought you two were a perfect couple. I loved looking at the pictures you posted. Your grandchildren are beautiful and I'm sure bring you much joy.  My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this very difficult time.

I am very sad to hear about your loss.  Brian was a Great Mentor and Friend. I appreciated him dearly during and after his career in the FDA. He was also (as you know) very patient and kind in all situations. This was especially exhibited when he was personally mentoring me in several courses and work situations during my career. :-)

I worked with Brian in Peru and he was a wonderful person to be around. We had very long days in the field but Brian was always in high spirits. Our sincere condolences to the family and friends. We had the good fortune to work with Brian in his retirement years on a FDA collaborative grant. He was an outstanding subject matter expert in food safety and a pleasure to work with. We want the family to know he will sorely missed; his professional insights, knowledge and dedication in protecting public health will live on through those many lives he touched.

I am so sorry to hear this. I met Brian several years ago in an Acidified Foods Course at NCSU that he was assisting with. I was a student of NCSU at the time. He was an integral part of me coming to work for the FDA. He was so encouraging and helpful with establishing my career. My prayers are with his family during this time.

Judy and Family, I am sorry to hear about Brian we spent a lot of time together professionally at FDA during our careers. I could always count on Brian for assistance in our many joint projects.

Brian was very encouraging to me when I first started FDA and especially gifted in helping us with balancing technical and personal strengths during inspections at home and overseas. So many are better off and safer because of Brian's gifted instruction and public health service. 
His blessings continue in the many many lives he touch.

I first met Brian at an FDA training in Chicago for Low Acid Canned Food and was struck by his enthusiasm and love of his work.  I later worked with Brian on inspections, including a foreign inspection trip to South Africa where we both found we enjoyed the local dish, mashed pumpkin.  I never saw Brian in a bad mood, he was always professional, kind and warm.  My sincere condolences on his loss.

Dear Judy and Family,
My son and I are very saddened by Brian's passing.   Just in early April we got together briefly in Indy.  i met Brian in the early 90s at FDA.  Mutually we were involved in many projects including trips to China and Peru.  As recently, as last September he helped me with a project.  He got to know my son Aaron through golf and our trips to Indy to the Final Fours.   We feel extremely fortunate to have known Brian.

I am so very sorry to hear about Brian's passing. We were good friends, golfing buddies and co-workers. Brian was a great guy and loved his family very much. He was a hard working man, very entertaining and very devoted to his job with FDA. I will miss our luncheons, golfing and other good times together. My thoughts and prayers to Judy and family. I am so saddened by his passing.

I have worked with Brian a few years at FDA and he was always a friendly face and willing to provide any amount of guidance both on and off the clock.  He will truly be missed.  My prayers go out to your family.

Dear Judy, Jeff and Family,
     May the Lord give you comfort in your loss.  We have good memories of sitting on the bleachers together, cheering our sons on for the Warriors.  Brian was a kind and caring man.

Judy and family, I am so sorry to hear about Brian's passing. I know how hard that is, because I lost my husband in January of this year. I won't be able to attend the Mass, as I am now living out of state, but you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. May God be with you and yours.

I worked with Brian at FDA in Indianapolis for 21 years.  He  loved his work at FDA and was fun to work with.  We made several inspections together and he always supported my work.
