A visitation for Billy will be held Saturday, June 15, 2024 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at Williams & Bluitt Funeral Home Peoples' Chapel, 5252 East 38th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, followed by a Celebration of life Memorial Service at 3:00 PM.
