82, passed away Jan. 24, 2013. A former resident of Franklin Twp. She was a beautician for over 26 years.
Betty is survived by her loving husband David Ray of 59 years; daughters Barb Loyal and Sherrill Shaffer; and granddaughters Allison Loyal and Janelle Shaffer-Prince.
