75, of Indianapolis, passed away on May 27, 2016. Art is survived by his wife; Marla Locke, children; Arthur (Kathi) Locke Jr. and Tambi Stewart, grandchildren; Kimberly Locke, Joshua (Rachael) Stewart and Kellie Locke alnig with one great-granddaughter; Raygen. Visitation will be held at Family Funeral Care on Friday, June 3, 2016 from 4-7pm. Funeral Services immediately following at 7pm.
