Amy Louise Goss, 33, of Indianapolis, passed away Friday, February 9, 2018. She was born April 27, 1984 in Indianapolis. Amy was attending college and working towards her general studies degree to set a good example for her son. She enjoyed selling Tupperware and loved technology, especially her laptop and phone. She enjoyed listening to books and watching movies on her tablet. Having become legally blind at 21 and battling renal failure over the last 6 years, Amy cherished family gatherings and cookouts. She attended church at Holy Spirit/St. Philip Neri and was a member of the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians. Amy also loved her waitress job at the Post Road Bingo Hall.
She is survived by her son, Brayden; mother, Karen; father, Phillip; sister, Jamie; brother, “Shano”; aunts, Gayle Green and Cheryl White; uncle, Joe Green; boyfriend, Troy Lepscum; and her niece and nephew plus her extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be Tuesday, February 13th from 4-8pm with the Native Pipe and Water Ceremonies starting at 7 pm. Services will be held at Feeney-Hornak Shadeland Mortuary, 1307 N Shadeland Avenue Indianapolis, Indiana 46219. Her Funeral Service will be Wednesday, February 14th at 12pm at the funeral home. The burial will follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
