Leo Roy

The funeral mass will be celebrated in St. Peter's R.C. Church, 100 Argyle Street, Regina, SK on Saturday, December 27, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. by the Rev. John Baptist Okai.

Cremation with interment in Sacred Heart R.C. Parish Cemetery, Montmartre, SK at a later date.

Leo was predeceased by his parents Armand and Celina Roy; one sister Alma (Albert) Levesque; one nephew and niece Leo and Rita Levesque.

He is survived by his wife Lorraine; his children: Leonard (Janet) Roy, Reina (Martin) Polsom, Dolores (Kenny) Nohnychuk, Corrine (Terry) Mather and Jacquie (Jeff) Trytten; fifteen grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; one brother Emile Roy; two sisters: Alice (Peter) Klein; Yvonne (Cal) Abrahamson and numerous nieces and nephew.

Leo was from Montmartre, where he started with Percival Mercury, moved to Regina in 1964 and worked for Percival Mercury untill he retired in 1989. The majority of his retirement time was spent relaxing at Butler's Trailer Park at Regina Beach.

In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire contributions may be made to Ambulatory Care (Foot Clinic) c/o Pasqua Hospital 4101 Dewdney Ave. Regina, SK S4T 1A5 as tokens of remembrance.
