Irene Zerr

ZERR - On Monday, February 18, 2013, Irene Zerr, widow of Phillip Zerr, Qu'Appelle, Sask. died at the age of 90 years. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated in Immaculate Conception RC. Church, Qu'Appelle, Sask. on Saturday, February 23, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. by the Rev. George Thattuparampil. Interment in Qu'Appelle Cemetery. Irene was predeceased by her husband Phillip in 2007, daughter, Valerie Sturgeon in 2010, her parents, Alexander and Johanna Ciortan, one brother John Ciortan, four sisters: Mary Crone, Helen Wales, Sue Hemstreet and Eleanor Strobel Irene is survived by two sons, Richard (Marj) Zerr, and Brian (Marian) Zerr and son- in- law, Lyall Sturgeon all of Qu'Appelle. Eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren: Greg (Michelle) Olson and their family Kayla and Samantha, Sioux Lookout, ON; Ryan (Tanya) Olson, and their family Brandon and Sydney, Regina; Tim (Jen) Zerr and their family Wyatt and Paige, White City, SK; Christa (Kevin) Baron and their family Olivia and Elise, Regina; Anne-Marie (Travis) Switzer, Morinville, AB; Joe Zerr (Ashley Thorson), Regina; April (Chad) Nichol, and their family Natalie and Alexander, QuíAppelle and Dan (Laura) Zerr, Qu'Appelle. Four sisters; Ann Phillips, Florence Ciortan, Ruth Scullian and Alexandrea Anderson.
