The funeral service will be held in the Indian Head Community Bible Church, Indian Head, SK on Thursday, April 3, 2014 at 1:00 pm with Rev. Jearim Woodall officiating.

Interment in the Qu’Appelle Cemetery. Public visitation for family and friends will be held in the Tubman Funeral Home, Indian Head on Wednesday, April 2, 2014 from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Predeceased by his wife Marion in 2011, son Daniel, sisters Lucy Chodak and niece, Betty Nickell.

Hank is survived by his daughter-in-law Connie Bourassa, five grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren, brother, John (Alice) Witkowski, sister Diana (Don) Engen and brother-in-law, Mike Chodak as well as his nieces and nephews.

If friends so desire contributions to the Golden Prairie Nursing Home Staff Fund, Box 250, Indian Head, SK S0G 2K0 may be tokens of remembrance.
