Those who knew Allan know that he was a devoted husband, an amazing father, a loving brother and uncle. Above all in life, Allan was the very definition of what a friend should be. He was kind, generous, humorous, and quick to offer any kind of assistance to those who needed it whether family, friend or a stranger.
He took genuine interest in the lives of those around him. He truly cared about people and extended respect and support to everyone in his life. He loved animals and as his father before him he took pride in the care and ownership of his cattle. His dog Buddy was his shadow and partner.
Allan is survived by his beloved wife Norine, sons Curtis (Karelia) and Kyle (Andrea). He also leaves behind his sister Jean (Bob Lerminiaux), brother Glenn, as well as much loved nieces, in-laws, and nephews he viewed as sons. The family would like to thank everyone who has reached out with gestures and words of condolence.
A private interment of cremated remains took place in the Indian Head Cemetery. A Celebration of Allan's life will take place at a later date and will be announced here on his memorial site.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memoriam may be made to The Heart & Stroke Foundation of Saskatchewan, 1738 Quebec, Avenue Unit 26, Saskatoon, SK. S7K 1V9.
