Samuel was born November 19, 2010, in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Roland D. Flemons and April N. Labrador.
Samuel is survived by his parents April and Bryan Horn and Roland Flemons Jr. His sisters Mercedes Labrador (Joe Decker), and Kadie Labrador. His grandparents, a number of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandpa Felix (Popeye) Labrador and niece Yevah Jeffries.
Celebration of life for Samuel will be Saturday, February 3, 2024, at 2:00pm Maywood Baptist Church 10505 E Winner Rd Independence, Missouri.
