Mary Marie Schuster, 90, of Independence, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family. Marie was born on March 7th, 1928 in Dawn, MO. to Faye and Hobart Hudson. She married Ervin Schuster on June 8th, 1946 and they made Independence their home in 1952.
Marie was preceded in death by her husband in 2011, her brother Lyle Hudson, and sister Evelyn Knouse.
She is survived by two daughters, Janice Kellough (husband Allen) and Carol Walsh (husband Jim); four grandchildren, Doug Alsup, Mark Kellough, Scott Kellough (wife Christy), and Laura Spence (husband Jack); eight great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren. Services were held July 19th at the Noland Road Chapel in Independence with interment at Park Lawn Cemetery, Kansas City, MO.
