Rhoda was born and raised in Providence, RI and lived in Pawtucket before moving with her family to the Cape in the mid-70s. Rhoda was a loving, dedicated caregiver for many years to her husband who was afflicted with MS. Her main passion in life was her family...
She is survived by her son Samuel Starr and his wife Maureen of Sandwich, MA; her daughter Pam Seddon of Foxborough, MA; her cherished grandchildren Nancy Starr, Mitchell Starr, Hanna-Mari Starr; Craig Seddon and Laura Valli (Seddon). She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and 2 sisters.
All are invited to a Celebration of Life on Sunday, December 2, 2018 from 1-4 p.m. at Samuel and Maureen Starr's home, in Sandwich, MA.
