H. Russell Brown II son of the late Gary R. Brown and Irene Hare Brown died Sunday August 13, 2023. A life long Cape Cod resident Russ (Rusty) brought joy to the lives of all who knew him. Employed by White Glove Furniture Delivery of Sagamore for more than twenty years he became co-owner nearly two years ago.
Russell was a man of varied interests ranging from football to music and film history. He was most passionate about nature. He could often be found hiking, strolling along a beach or taking in a sunrise or sunset.
Predeceased by his father and his grandparents Russ is survived by his mother, sisters Priscilla (Paul) Millefoile, Jeanne (Tony) Ciliberto, Barbara Komenda and Wendy Brooks, Uncle Noel (Deb) Hare, Aunt Beverly Laflamboy, four nephews, two nieces, a grand nephew and many cherished friends and cousins.
There will be a visitation and service Friday September 8 th from 4-6pm at Doane, Beal and Ames on West Main St Hyannis. In lieu of flowers please take a walk in nature, enjoy the sun and rain or give a contribution to the Barnstable Conservation Commission 200 Main St Hyannis.
