Daniel John Kelley, 50, passed away on August 1st, 2023. Danny was the youngest of five children and was the beloved son of Elizabeth (Winn) Kelley of Hyannis and his late father Paul E. Kelley. He also leaves his two sisters Marybeth Moore (Billy) of Centerville, Patricia O’Donnell (Bernie) of Marstons Mills, his brothers David of Hyannis and Robert of Centerville, his two children Kerry of Boston and Andrew ( Cheyanne) of San Diego, and his longtime girlfriend Jill Smith.
Dan looked forward to his visits from his nieces Molly, Maggie, Meg, Annie and Caroline and his nephews Will and Seamus. He also leaves many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
Danny was a true dog whisperer. He had an unending love for all dogs and would offer to nanny or house all family dogs.
Danny looked forward to watching all sports, especially the Boston Bruins, Celtics, and Red Sox and any PGA tournament.
One of his true passions was keeping track of three business. Pina sanitation would receive daily calls and updates on staffing, jobs, etc. along with USA Demolition and Spanky’s Clam Shack. We will take it from here, Dan. Rest easy.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 4, 2023 from 5-8pm at Our Lady of Victory Church, 230 S. Main Street, Centerville. Funeral mass will be held on Saturday, August 5, 2023 at 11am at Our Lady of Victory. Burial will follow at Mosswood Cemetery, Cotuit.
In lieu of lowers, donations can be made to the Chris Herron project, Kidney Foundation or the Boxer Rescue.
