Alex, I am Arthur R. Ware, Sr. I worked with your father at the Ellis Unit at the Dental Laboratory from about 1978 to 1984.  He and I were supervisors of the inmates techncians that worked in the Lab about 40 or so.  I spoke to your dad several times in the early years when I left Ellis after I had move to Washington DC.  I have since that time completed grad school and moved to a job in finance New York and lost touch with him.  The guy at the funeral home told me that Juan has recently pass on.  God Bless him and you and your family.  I am so sorry to hear of the lost of your mom.  She worked in the mailroom when I left Ellis in 1984 and I saw her almost daily. So sorry for your loss. I worked with Sylvia at the Holliday Unit TDCJ for most of ten years.She was a lovely lady,a very good cook, and a very hard worker.Would help any body out that needed, all they had to do was ask.She will be deeply missed.

Just a note to say that I loved Sylvia with all of my heart.  But I thank God, that she is at peace with our Lord.
