Virginia Ann Silman Reynolds, 92, of Madison, Alabama, died March 23, 2024. She was preceded in death by her parents, Glenn Silman and Minnie Silman Newlin, sister Helen Teets and brother Glenn "Bud" E. Silman.
She is survived by her sons, Daniel S. Bailey (Doris), David E. Bailey (Kathi); Grandchildren; Matthew Bailey (Kim), Wendy Vega (Chris), Joshua Bailey, Meigan Bailey, Abbey Bailey. Great Grandchildren; Caleb Soeun (Brittany), Celina Davis-Sosa (Jhon), Max Davis, Grace Bailey. Great Great Grandchildren; Titus and Rebekah Soeun. Rescue kitties, BoyBoy, Samson. and a host of nieces.
Virginia was the founder of St. Francis Humane Association and Petfix Coalition (Richmond, Va). She rescued.countless numbers of cats and dogs in need..
The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 pm, with the funeral following from at 2 pm at Valhalla Funeral Home and Memory Gardens, 698 Winchester Rd.NE, Huntsville, Alabama. Virginia will be laid to rest at Valhalla Memory Gardens in the Serenity Garden. In lieu of flowers, online donations may be made to St. Francis Humane Association. Richmond, VA.
