THOMAS ALVIN PACE, JR. April 19, 1933 – October 18, 2017 Thomas Alvin Pace Jr., 84, of Huntsville passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 18, 2017. He is survived by his wife, Kathryn McMillian Pace; two daughters, Melanie Money and Vicki Upton both of Huntsville; three grandchildren, Jennifer Carmack (Adam), Ben Money and Travis Upton; one great-grandchild, Atticus Carmack. Mr. Pace was a proud veteran of the US Air Force and was co-owner of Valley Custom. He was a graduate of Ramsey High School in Birmingham, AL. Mr. Pace was a member of The Helion Masonic Lodge and of Hillwood Baptist Church. Mr. Pace was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He loved spending time with his family and was an avid fisherman. You may visit with the family at Valhalla Funeral Home on Saturday, October 21, 2017 from 11:00 to 12:00pm with funeral services commencing at 12:00pm. Interment will immediately follow in Valhalla Memory Gardens Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hillwood Baptist Church, 300 Kohler Rd. SE, Huntsville, AL 35803.
