Dr. Robert E. Richards

Dr. Richards, 83 of Huntsville, AL passed away Wednesday, June 22, 2016. He was preceded in death by his son, Clayton; stepson, Joe; and one granddaughter. He is survived by his wife, Jackie Richards of Huntsville; daughter, Carrie; son, Curtis; daughter, Carla; stepdaughter, Lisa; numerous, grandchildren and great grandchildren; step granddaughter Elle; brother, Dr. William Richards; sister, Joyce Vento.

Dr. Richards graduated from DeVry College in Chicago and from Logan Chiropractic College in St. Louis in 1959 and from the time he graduated he has been in practice in Huntsville, AL for 57 years. He was an avid flyer and loved to fly his own Mooney plane. He enjoyed traveling across the US and also enjoyed international traveling as well. One of his favorite experiences was when he walked the Great Wall of China in 1987.
