Pok Sun Eisgrau born on February 5, 1956, in South Korea, Pok Sun Eisgrau was a woman of great strength, faith, and kindness. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, whose warmth, kindness, and unwavering love touched the lives of everyone who knew her.
Pok Sun is survived by her husband Joseph (Mike) Eisgrau, son John Anthony Stone, Jr (Tae), daughter Melody Stone Taylor (Nate), granddaughters Jordan and Kameron Stone, and grandson Janathein Taylor Jr, along with brothers and sisters in South Korea. She is now reunited with those who went before her, including her mother, Tok Sun Lee, and father, Rae Sun Lee.
Pok Sun came to the United States in November 1981. She embraced a new chapter gaining U.S. citizenship on April 23, 1993, a milestone she cherished deeply. She welcomed her first born, John Anthony Stone, Jr., on May 17, 1982, and welcomed her daughter, Melody (Tina) Stone, on February 6, 1987.
Her family was the cornerstone of her life, and she married her loving husband, Mike, on May 15, 2003, where they have shared 22 years of beautiful memories together. She was a dedicated member of Korean First Baptist Church in Huntsville for over 40 years where she also served as member of the choir. Pok Sun was a long-time employee of Sanmina Corporation (SCI) where she retired after 38 years on December 12, 2024.
Though our hearts ache with loss, we take comfort in knowing that her love will live on in all of us. Rest peacefully, you will be forever missed and always remembered.
Visitation for Pok will be held Wednesday, April 2, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Valhalla Funeral Home & Memory Gardens, 698 Winchester Rd Ne, Huntsville, Alabama 35811. Following the visitation will be a the celebration of life service at 12:00 PM at Valhalla Funeral Home Chapel, 698 Winchester Rd Ne, Huntsville, Alabama 35811. Pok will be laid to rest in Valhalla Memory Gardens, Huntsville, AL.
