Norma Jean Brown, 76 of Huntsville, AL passed away on Sunday, November 4, 2018 at her home. Norma was born on August 5, 1942 in Alcoa, TN. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Pauline Spurgeon; three brothers, Burle Spurgeon, Kenneth Spurgeon and Billy Spurgeon.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 61 years, Phillip R Brown; children, Boyd Brown (Pam), Wayne Brown (Cindy), Mike Brown (Karen) and Cindy Brown; sister, Nancy Roberts; 9 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.
Norma was retired from Chrysler Corporation. She enjoyed the beach and travelling. One of her favorite past times was to tell stories to her family and friends. She was a true friend to everyone she met. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her.
Norma will be placed with her sweetheart, Phillip R. Brown on Saturday, April 8, 2023 at 2:00pm in Valhalla Memory Gardens at the Serenity Garden.
