Margaret Fitzgerald Hill

January 6, 1913 – March 3, 2016

Margaret Fitzgerald Hill, 103, of Huntsville, passed away peacefully Thursday, March 3, 2016 at Brooksdale Jones Farm. She is preceded in death by her parents, Earnest Earl and Maggie Lou Fitzgerald; her loving husband, of 72 years, Henry Coleman Hill Jr.; her son, Henry Coleman Hill III; siblings, Mary Elizabeth Wynn, Leland Fitzgerald, Carl William (C.W.) Fitzgerald, William Earl Fitgerald and Martha Clenny.

Left to cherish her precious memory is her grandchildren, Buddie Hill of Carrollton, GA and Alan Hill of Huntsville; great-grandchildren, Eric Hill, Jason Hill, Courtney Hill and Coleman Hill.

Margaret was born in Columbia, TN and was married on December 22, 1934 in Nashville, TN. She Moved to Huntsville in 1977 after she retired from working at the Baptist Sunday School Board. She was a loving individual and devout Christian. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Huntsville. She was a wonderful person and will be greatly missed by all who knew her!

You may visit with the family Sunday, March 6, 2016 at Valhalla Funeral Home from 1:00PM to 2:00PM. Funeral Services conducted by Dr. Mark Seanor, of First Baptist Church will begin at 2:00PM. Burial will immediately follow in Valhalla Memory Gardens.
