JIMMY RAY JONES November14, 1947 – April 9, 2017 Jimmy R. Jones passed away at his residence on Sunday with his loving wife Donna by his side. Mr. Jones was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Audrey Brewer Jones. Left to cherish his memory is his faithful wife of close to 30 years, Donna Overbeek Jones; his two brothers, Jackie Jones (Iris) of Toney, and Earl Jones of Huntsville; two sisters, Billie Jo Winter (Thomas) of Collierville, TN, and Glenda Jones of Mt. Pleasant, SC; and several nieces, nephews and friends. Jimmy loved life and family. He was involved with the public school system for most of his working career. He liked to watch all sports but mainly loved his Alabama football-Roll Tide! Jimmy Ray Jones was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him!
