Jessie Jean Sloan Luckhart passed away peacefully at age 92 on Monday, May 22, 2023. Jessie was born in Reynoldsville, Pennsylvania on November 28, 1930 to Lois Bernice Reddicliff Sloan and Francis L. Sloan. She graduated from Windber High School in 1948 and pursued her dream of becoming a registered nurse graduating from Indiana School of Nursing in 1951. Jessie married her husband, William R. She lived with her daughter, Barbara Jean Winkler, in Estillfork, Alabama for the last two years before passing away in the Highlands Health and Rehabilitation Facility in Scottsboro, Alabama.
Jessie loved spending time with her family, reading, traveling, and going to casinos.
