Ellen Ann Marsh

Ellen Ann Marsh, 83 of Huntsville, AL passed away on Wednesday, August 15, 2018. Mrs. Marsh was born on April 16, 1935 in Cookeville, TN. She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Sarah Loftis Danner; sister, Ruth Watson; brothers, Bill Danner, Donald Danner and Robert Danner.

Ellen is survived by her son, Sam Marsh of Huntsville, AL; son, Charles Marsh (Cindy) of Mobile, AL; two grandsons, John Marsh and Brandt Boggan both of Mobile, AL; son, Tim Mullinix of Jackson, AL. She is also survived by her extended family in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Marsh was a registered nurse in her early life. She went on to own an in-home care service. She was a huge sports fan, especially football and girls basketball. She loved to travel and lived all over the country during her life. Ellen also enjoyed gardening, cooking and was a lover of animals.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 21, 2018 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at Valhalla Funeral Home. Graveside Services will be held on Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at 10:00am at Valhalla Memory Gardens. Pastor Joe Steele of Westminster Presbyterian Church will be officiating.
