Charles "Greg" Cardwell, age 68, of Meridianville, Alabama passed away on Thursday, May 11, 2023. Charles was born in Tennessee to Billie C and Charles E Cardwell. He graduated from Tullahoma High School 1972. He served as a fireman on the USS Guam from 1972 to 1976.
Greg enjoyed going to listen to live music, he loved being around people and socializing, going out to eat to new restaurants, and spending time with his grandchildren.
Greg is survived by his wife, Beverly Cardwell; daughter Belinda Skelton (Brian); grandson Anthony Winkles; granddaughter Hannah Skelton; and extended family.
Greg was preceded in death by his parents Charles E Cardwell and Billie C Cardwell.
A visitation for Charles will be held Monday, May 15, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Valhalla Funeral Home, 698 Winchester Rd Ne, Huntsville, Alabama 35811. A celebration of life will occur Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Valhalla Funeral Home.
