Billy Girlon Phillips, age 92, of Hazel Green, Alabama passed away on Friday, February 3, 2023. Billy served his country while serving in the United States Army. He was retired From Boeing. He is preceded in death by his wife, Bobbie Phillips, as well as Siblings Jack Phillips and Dorothy Johnson. Billy is survived by his daughter Deborah Phillips, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Visitation for Billy will be held Tuesday, February 7, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Valhalla Funeral Home, 698 Winchester Rd NE, Huntsville, Alabama 35811. Following the visitation will be a Celebration of Life Service at 1:00 PM at Valhalla Funeral Home.
