Anne Arant Carpenter

Anne is survived by her husband, Wallace M Carpenter Jr; son Buddy Carpenter (Tatia); daughter Katie Smith; daughter Susan Hayes (Bruce); and daughter Melanie Bennett (Robert); sister Nancy Payne (David); grandchildren Katherine Douglas, Alison Hill (Jeff), Katelynn Smith, Leslie Pelt (Morgan), Maggie Hayes, Justin Burgreen (Maura), Haley Clendinen (Wesley), Taylor Carpenter, Connie Borden (Mike), Nicole Bennett, Natalie Bennett and eleven great grandchildren.

Anne was preceded in death by son Jeff Holland; parents Mr. and Mrs. J.C. Arant.

A visitation for Anne will be held Monday, October 26, 2020 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Valhalla Funeral Home, with a celebration of life at 2:00 PM officiated by Pastor Steve Hampton. Burial will follow at Valhalla Memory Gardens. Serving, as pallbearers are Bruce Hayes, Jeff Hill, Brock Burrow, and Justin Burgreen.
