Robert H. Ivey Sr.

Robert H. Ivey, Sr. died on Wednesday, September 07, 2016 at his residence. He was 93 years of age. He was born and raised in Apex, NC. He was the son of the late John and Lela Ivey. Bob has been a Hatboro resident for the last 61 years.

Mr. Ivey was a retired electrician. He was a member of International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers for over 60 years.

He was a member of the Friendship-Williams Lodge 400 F& AM in Jenkintown. Bob enjoyed boating, fishing and hunting.

Robert was the beloved husband of Elizabeth E. Stull Ivey for 71 years before her death in May of this year. He was the devoted father of Robert H. Ivey Jr. (Susan) of Avalon, NJ and Sheryl Dalton (Michael) of Willow Grove. Bob is also survived by his loving grandchildren and great grandchildren and his brother William D. Ivey.

Relatives and friends are invited to call on Tuesday, September 13 from 6 to 9 PM and Wednesday from 10 to 11 AM September 14, 2016 at the Lamb Funeral Home, 101 Byberry Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006. His memorial service will be on Wednesday at 11 AM.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his name may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
