I worked with Linda for over 25 years and she exemplified what an emergency nurse should be. She was a teacher and a mentor to many. She never looked for recognition but was solely there to provide excellent care to her patients, which she did. She will be truly missed. I also could never beat her in Scrabble!

Words will never be able to express how profoundly  Linda touched the lives of all those around her.  She did so humbly and compassionately and I don't think she realized what a role model she was to those of us who had the pleasure to work with her. Daily, I think of all that she has taught me, and will honor her by passing her knowledge, style and dedication on to the next generation of nurses. Linda, you are loved and will never be forgotten.

Linda was the epitome of excellence in emergency nursing. It was a pleasure and honor working beside her. She was able to touch the lives of so many patients and fellow nurses. She lived her life well.

Linda was truly one of a kind, the best kind.  She was one of the most caring nurses ever to work at Frankford.  I have worked in the lab there for 33 years and she was there from the beginning.  She treated everyone from every department with respect.  She has been missed since she retired.  I hope it helps to know she was loved as a nurse and a person who cared for all. God bless you all.

When you left us that morning Linda you took a piece of me with you.  It was not the piece of me that holds the memory of what a truly amazing sister you were to me for my entire fifty years on this planet.  It was not the piece of me that will always be thankful that such a giving, compassionate and talented nurse, who gave of herself to strangers and family alike, was only a phone call away.  It certainly was not the knowledge that she loved all her family dearly and was the rock that held us all together.  Linda you took away the many more years of memories that we should have had together.  I will truly miss you and love you always.  Rest easy with God and know that one day in the future there will be a joyous reunion between us.

Linda was truly an amazing nurse and person! She taught alll of us how to be better nurses to each and every patient. She will be greatly missed!  I hope and pray that her family finds comfort in knowing that she was a huge inspiration to everyone she came in contact with! May God take you in his loving arms, and may you rest in peace! God must have needed the greatest nurse up there in heaven!
