Harry Morton Kirkhope

Harry M. Kirkhope died on Saturday, January 10, 2015 at his residence. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Thomas and Thelma Anna Kuntgen Kirkhope. Harry had been a Holland resident since 1975 and had previously lived in Penndel and Philadelphia.

Harry was a retired electrician. He was a member of the IBEW Local 269 in Trenton, NJ and had worked on numerous local construction projects. He was an Army veteran of WW II, serving in Pacific Theater.

Harry was beloved husband of Rose Fredrick Kirkhope for 71 years before her death in 2013. He was the devoted father mother of Kevin Kirkhope (Kathy) of Fairless Hill and the late Robert, Harry Kirkhope (survived by his wife Stella), and Janet Pittman. He also survived by 5 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren; he predeceased by 4 grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to his graveside service at 11 AM on Thursday, January 15, 2015 at Forest Hills Cemetery, 25 Byberry Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006.
