It is with tremendous sadness that we announce the passing of our son, brother, nephew, grandson, and cousin, Daniel "Danny" Cantor. Danny was 28 years old (although if you asked him, he would tell you he was 8 years old). Danny passed away on August 10, 2021.
Danny lived at, and was loved by everyone at, YCS’ Blackwood New Jersey group home. Danny was born on March 15, 1993 in Baltimore, MD, to parents, Glenn and Rachel. Danny loved visiting with his mom and dad, going out to restaurants (particularly if they offered olives and cherries at the bar), Disney movies, and great big hugs. He also loved swimming and hockey games.
Danny was preceded in death by his grandparents Bubbie Ruth, Zaydie Arnie, Pop Allen, Grandpop Allan, Pop Pop Dave, and Uncle Les.
Danny is survived by parents Glenn and Rachel Cantor, sister Melyssa, Mom Mom Barbara, Grandmom Debby, Uncle Eric and Aunt Lisa, Aunt Ilene, Uncle Frank and Aunt Cheri, Aunt Anne and Uncle Larry and many cousins.
A visitation for Danny will be held Sunday, August 15, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by a memorial service at Lamb Funeral Home Inc., 101 Byberry Road, Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania 19006. A private inurnment will be held at a later date in Shalom Memorial Park, 3573 Pine Road, Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania 19006.
