Shirley Caroline Watkins was born in Guymon, Oklahoma on June 16th, 1936, passed away in Houston, Texas on December 4th, 2013. She was raised in Dumas, Texas, Daughter of R.C. and Cora Vinson. After graduating nursing school, she moved to Buffalo New York with her late husband, Paul D. Watkins. She has lived in Spring, Texas for the last 17 years. She has three surviving brothers, William Vinson of Dumas, Texas, Vernon Vinson and Robert Vinson of Niwot, Colorado. Also surviving are daughter Carey Murray of Spring , Texas and son James Watkins of Buffalo, New York, son-in-law Thomas Ball, grandchildren Shannon Fox, Kyle Cunningham, Catelyn Murray, Dylan Watkins, Connor Murray and Nicolas Watkins three great grandchildren Bailey Fox, Riley Fox, Wyatt Cagle and numerous nieces and nephews.
