Rudy and his wife Maria spent 64 inseparable years together. He was a hardworking man from the day he started in the workforce at the age of 16. That man did not have an off switch, he would come home from working all day and then spend time in his yard attending to his plants. Even after retirement he kept himself busy working part time and doing projects around the house. Rudy taught his family that hard work is something to be proud of. He was also part of the Low Rider car clubs Los Magnificos and Houston City Cruisers where he won many trophies for his prized Chevy Van “White Wine” that both he and his sons worked on together proudly. One of his proudest moments was when he won the ultimate Grand Prize at the Houston Auto Rama.
