He was born in Cibolo, Texas on March 17, 1947, to Serafin and Antonia Garcia. He graduated from Schertz Cibolo High School in 1965. He then Proudly served his country in the United States Air Force from 1966-1970.
After the Air Force he married the love of his life Rosalinda Gonzalez Garcia on February 3, 1973.
Pat Garcia worked in telecommunications for AT&T until he retired in 2008.
He was a dedicated member of his community serving on the board Community Improvement Association of North Forest Subdivision. He also served on the Water Board for North Forest Mud, retiring as President of the board in 2022. Pat was faithful member of St. James Catholic church of Spring, TX
Pat was preceded in Death by His wife Rosalinda Garcia and Daughter Lori Garcia and Beloved family friend Debby Fry. His parents Serafin Garcia and Antonia Garcia, Brothers Serafin Jr. and Baby Boy Garcia and Brothers-in-Law Reynaldo Gonzales and Ramon Gonzalez and Sister in law, Lucy Salinas.
He is Survived by his daughters Patricia Garcia, Christina Garcia, and son Ramon Garcia. His Grandsons Gavin Garcia, David Lovett III, Donavin Lovett, Alexander Joseph, Jason Fry and Kevin Landry. His Great Grandson David Lovett IV. His Brother Paul and wife Herlinda Garcia and Sisters Olga Gonzales, Maria Colville and husband Bill Colville, Ceclia Stanhope and husband Raymond Stanhope, Mary Lou Garcia and Sister in law Pearl Garcia. As well as numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Funeral Arrangements will be held at Calvary Hill Funeral Home. Viewing and Rosary will be held from 5:00pm to 8:00 pm on Monday September 4, 2023. Funeral Mass will be held at St. James Catholic Church at 9:30 am on Tuesday September 5, 2023, with interment ceremonies to follow at 11:00am. Reception following the service located at 318 Skywood Houston, TX 77090.
